A Gentle Therapy That Works
Through the Feet, Face, and Hands
Whether you're dealing with stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, or just a sense of being off — my treatments help your body let go, reset, and begin to restore balance. I offer reflexology and healing massage that gently support your body’s natural rhythms, so you can feel clearer, softer, and more in tune with yourself.
This section contains a quote from Adie Pascual about her experience with Agi.
I have been going to Aga for reflexology for about 3 months now and I cannot recommend her enough. I'm someone who's struggled with my feminine cycle and its irregularity and after just 3 sessions, I went from having it every 42+ days to 29 days. I didn't expect it to be this quick! Other benefits, sleeping better, hunger levels much stabilised and anything that happens in between sessions, she somehow picks up when I see her!"

Tiny Pressure Points That Communicate With Your Whole Body
Your feet, face, and hands contain dense networks of nerves — and in reflexology, we believe they mirror your whole body. Gentle pressure on specific zones can influence connected organs, glands, and systems. It’s like touching a switch that sends a signal inward.
This helps your body respond in ways it already knows how: by softening tension, improving circulation, and calming the nervous system so healing can begin.
Support for Stress, Hormones, Digestion, and More
People often try reflexology after dealing with tension, irregular cycles, sleep issues, or unexplained aches. Even if the symptoms are hard to describe, reflexology works by calming the nervous system — which can improve how your whole body functions and feels.
- Nervous tension or ongoing stress
- Hormonal changes or irregular cycles
- Trouble sleeping or staying asleep
- Digestive discomfort or bloating
- General fatigue or feeling out of sync
Why Reflexology Helps When Stress or Overwhelm Don’t Shift
Many of the symptoms people bring to reflexology — tension, trouble sleeping, digestive issues, irregular cycles — are connected to the nervous system being out of balance. Reflexology helps activate the parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state, which allows your body to slow down, rebalance, and reset itself.
When your system feels safe, everything works a little better: from hormones and sleep to digestion and emotional regulation.
It’s Not a Foot Massage. It’s Not a Diagnosis.
Reflexology isn’t about rubbing muscles — and it’s not a medical treatment. It doesn’t diagnose illnesses or replace other care. Instead, it’s a gentle and respectful way to work with your body’s systems using pressure points mapped through years of study and tradition.
It’s non-invasive, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you reconnect with your body’s own wisdom.

A Gentle Way to Help the Body Rebalance Itself
Reflexology supports your body by calming the nervous system and restoring internal balance — without needing to touch the problem area directly. Here’s how it works in simple steps:
1. Signals Start at the Feet
Specific points on your feet (or hands/face) are gently stimulated — each linked to internal organs, systems, or glands.
2. Your Nervous System Picks It Up
This stimulation sends a signal through nerve pathways and the spinal cord, inviting the body to relax and shift into rest-and-repair mode.
3. Balance Begins to Return
As tension melts and circulation improves, your body’s natural rhythms begin to restore — from digestion to hormones and sleep.
4. You Feel the Shift
Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease — because the body has been gently nudged back into balance.
And that’s it. Reflexology works because it enables the body to repair itself. It activates self-healing.
